1 bunch Kale
1 tsp Olive or More
1Teas. Seasoned Salt or More or Other Flavoring
Preheat oven to 350^. Line a non-insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.
With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the tick spine or stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner. Drizzle kale with olive oil or spray with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt or seasoning. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt about 10-15 minutes.
